DAMAGES: 

Inspect order upon arrival for damage.  File a claim with customer service within five (5) days of your original invoice date.  All returned products must be 100% complete in their original boxes and packaging must be ample for product protection.  If return guidelines are not followed, full credit will not be issued.

Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the liability to use the product.  Before using, user shall determine the sustainability of the products for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsover therewith. 

The proceding statements are made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.  Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quality of the product proved to be defective if returned within ten (10) days of receipt.
