DAMAGES: 

Inspect order upon arrival for damage.  File a claim with customer service within five (5) days of your original invoice date.  All returned products must be 100% complete in oiginal boxes and packaging must be ample for product protection.  If return guidelines are not followed, full credit will not be issued.
